Muslim Student Association
Boonshoft School of Medicine is extending its religious diversity and inclusion with the BSOM Muslim Student Association (BSOM MSA). The goal of our organization is to organize interfaith events, provide religious programs and celebrations for Muslim and non-Muslim students alike and help build networks with Muslim physicians in the Dayton area.
We are affiliated with IMANA (Islamic Medical Association of North America), a national organization providing humanitarian and medical relief around the world, and yearly medical and spiritual seminars by physicians from across the continent. This is a step we’re taking forward to help build stronger ties, after all compassion and peace begin with knowledge about each other.
