Outside of medicine, Dr. Baumgarte enjoys spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends. He has a passion for home cooking and enjoys discovering new recipes that are both delicious and nutritious, combining his love for food with his interest in lifestyle medicine. He also prioritizes physical wellness through regular workouts and values time to unwind with a good book or TV show.
