The Boonshoft School of Medicine proudly celebrates the Class of 2026. Commencement Weekend honors the culmination of our students’ medical education and recognizes the achievements of our graduates alongside their families, friends, faculty, and mentors.

All are welcome to attend the M.D. Commencement Ceremony. Tickets are not required.

  • Ceremony Length: Approximately 2 hours

Arrival and Entry Overview

Students

  • Check-in begins at 1:30 p.m.
  • Full regalia required

Family & Friends

  • Doors open at 2:30 p.m. (gates, 2, 3, and 4)
  • Guests with floor-level accessible seating should arrive between 2:00–2:30 p.m.

Guest Hooders

  • Arrive no later than 2 p.m.
  • Rehearsal begins promptly at 2:15 p.m.
  • Full regalia required

Faculty

  • Arrive between 2–2:30 p.m.
  • Full regalia required

 

Venue Policies

The Nutter Center follows standard venue safety and security practices.

  • Clear bag policies are enforced. See the Nutter Center Bag Policy.
  • Security screening is required at all entrances
  • The venue is non-smoking (smoking permitted outdoors only in designated areas)
