Module Description: This longitudinal module will involve students across the curriculum and focuses on professional identity formation for medical students, including development of the skills and attributes of professionalism. Emphasis will be given to what it means to be a physician, the contract between physicians and society, and writing a physician mission statement. The module will address academic success, personal well-being and resilience, communication and conflict resolution, cultural proficiency, leadership, and interprofessional teamwork.
