No-Show Policy
Any student or course sponsor who does not contact us to cancel their course or individual who does not show up for the course will forfeit all fees paid. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your class up to 2 days prior to your scheduled class date for a full refund. A $10 fee will be charged for any cancellation the day prior to the course and on the course date. Once the course has begun, no refunds will be given. No Call, No Show does not qualify a refund of any kind. You may also switch spots with another Wright State medical student if you can no longer attend and know someone who wishes to attend. Please email Cassie Browning at cassandra.browning@wright.edu to switch spots.
Notification process if class is cancelled: Participant will be notified by email as quickly as possible.
