Dr. Katherine Hertlein started her role as the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development on July 1. Dr. Hertlein received her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Purdue University Calumet and her Ph.D. in human development with a specialization in marriage and family therapy from Virginia Tech. According to the Dean-Team's Elucidating Corner, Kat enjoys deep dish pizza, painting, and watching Cary Grant movies.
