Application Fee Information
All applications will now follow a two-step fee process:
- $100 Application Review Fee (non-refundable and due prior to review)
- Accredited CME Fee (based on hours, audience, and format)
Additional fees apply for enduring materials, large audiences, multi-profession activities, late submissions, and cancellations. Invoices will be issued the day of the planned activity. Payments made after 90 days will include a $100 late fee.
For full details, including a breakdown of CME fees, late fees, and cancellation policies, please see the attached document or visit [insert link].
In addition, we would like to gently remind everyone that the CME application process for new activities requires a minimum of 12 weeks for review and approval. We truly appreciate your efforts to adhere to this timeline, as last-minute submissions can be challenging to process and may delay activity approval.
We sincerely appreciate your continued cooperation, flexibility, and understanding as we work together to support high-quality continuing medical education. If you have any questions or need further clarification in the meantime, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your attention and continued partnership.
Sincerely,
Office of Professional Development
