841.1 Policy

To supplement unpaid leaves of absences available under Wright State University Policy 8430, Wright State University will grant a paid leave of absence to eligible faculty and staff upon the birth or adoption of a child under the age of six. The following policy applies only to faculty who are not subject to provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
