Dr. Sean Antosh is Chief Medical Wellness and Engagement Officer at Dayton Children’s Hospital, where he drives initiatives that strengthen clinician wellbeing, reduce burnout, and promote inclusive, patient-centered care. A national speaker on wellness, he champions compassionate, sustainable healthcare systems for both providers and families.

Session objectives include defining wellness in medical practice and assessing personal wellness status.

Dr. Harminder Grewal is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and currently serves as the Academic Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine since February 2023. In addition, she serves as the Whole Health Clinical Lead at Dayton VA Medical Center.

Dr. Terry Correll is a psychiatrist who has been at Wright State since 1991. He specializes in general, academic, aerospace, and forensic psychiatry. Among his board certifications is Lifestyle Medicine. He emphasizes creating optimal treatment plans to include healthy lifestyle interventions, psychotherapy, and evidence-based medical treatments as needed.

Lisa Journell, Ed.D. is Director of Assessment and Evaluation, Chasity O'Malley, Ph.D. is Vice Chair of Foundations, and Jeannette Manger, Ph.D. is Director of Medical Education Research. All 3 presenters are faculty members in the Department of Medical Education and have conducted research on the effects of mindfulness in the classroom.
